Position: Independent Sales Consultant
Location: Remote/Flexible
What You’ll Do:
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present Solutions: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of JGME Consulting’s services, showcasing how we can solve clients’ challenges.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within consulting, professional services, or related industries.
- Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to manage your own schedule, set priorities, and work autonomously.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand client needs and develop solutions that add value.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
